US, 30 percent of employers stop offering health insurance

McKinsey, on a survey with approximate 1300 employers of different sizes industry mentioned that at least 30 percent of employers are likely to stop offering health insurance once provisions of the U.S. health care reform law kick in in 2014. 

In 2014 new medical insurance exchanges are supposed to be up and running by U.S. health care.
They are expecting a radical restructuring of employer-sponsored health benefits . 

As per the survey most of the employees stick to their employee mainly because of the health insurance benefits by their employers. So they are expecting a huge attrition rate of 15%  in 2014 , if the U.S. health care reform law kick in in 2014.
